bill kinsey
Bill holds a BFA in art. He is a member of the Virginia Watercolor society and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. He is a past co-president of the Metropolitan Richmond Artists Association and a past co-director of The Uptown Gallery. He is treasurer and a member of The Virginia Collage Society and a member of the Jack Woodson Plein Air Sketch Club. Bill also has paintings in the Medical College of Virginia's permanent collection plus many works in private collections.
